Service Description
A dedicated shoot producing 5 short-form vertical videos and a set of aesthetic photos, ready for your business's social channels, no event required.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit and booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Travel Fees Depending on the event location, a travel fee may apply. You will be contacted and informed of this before your booking is confirmed. Edits Your package includes a maximum of 2 rounds of requested edits. Additional rounds will incur an extra charge. Delivery Content is delivered within 3 days of the event. Turnaround may vary for large events or custom projects. Coverage & Overtime Coverage is limited to the booked hours. Extra time is subject to availability and charged at $100/per additional hour. Client Responsibilities Please provide your event schedule, venue details, and any must-have shots or special requests in advance. We cannot guarantee moments that were not communicated to us. You are responsible for checking venue photography restrictions and informing guests that content will be captured. Conditions Beyond Our Control We cannot be held responsible for poor lighting, weather, crowded spaces, or other conditions outside our control. If illness, emergency, or equipment failure prevents us from attending, we will offer a replacement, reschedule, or refund of payments made. Our liability is limited to the amount paid. Usage & Copyright Ossena Media retains copyright of all content. You are licensed to use final content for personal and social media use. Commercial use requires written permission. We may use event content for our portfolio and promotion unless you notify us in writing before the event. Social Media Management You are responsible for providing access, tagging details, and approvals. We are not responsible for platform outages or engagement results. Storage Final files are available for 30 days after delivery. Please download and back up your content.
